Hasn't worked in 5 days and counting across all platforms. Newsfeed doesn't update. Followed all recommended fixes and now can't log back in because of an error stating there is an issue with webcric 's security certificate. There is zero customer service/support and no acknowledgment from webcric that there is even a problem. I've searched multiple forums and there are scores of people all having the same issues. Thanks for nothing, webcric .

This app is really bugging me. I asked for OTP to change my number & it sent through the webcric chat 👎. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE CODE WHEN I AM LOCKED IN THE "INSERT OTP PAGE"?? Not to mention that it can't send you code through SMS or call, so this method is practically useless. I NEVER received my OTP and it's been weeks. Good job, webcric 👎

The interface is so bad. Its a shame. It keep asking me to verify my identity with the mobile number i no longer have. Its irritating that they dont provide any other options to recover my account. I would have given 0 stars if it was possible. And everytime i open webcric pages, the whole thing will be in some other language. Why cant the default be english. Its very irritating.
